Entrants enter by registering a student account on www.maryglasgowplus.com and then using the features of Magazines Plus in order to earn points. Users who have already registered a student account before September 2009 will also be eligible to earn points and win the prize. By registering a student account or using a previously registered student account, entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Rules.
The winner will be the user with the highest number of points at 11:59pm GMT on 31st May 2012, as recorded by the database that is used by www.maryglasgowplus.com. The winner will be notified using the email address on their Magazines Plus account by 6th June 2012. If the notified winner does not respond within 28 days of notification, the student with the next highest number of points will be contacted as previously stated. Once a subsequent winner has been selected, the previous winner’s entitlement to receive the prize will end.
The Prize Draw is open to all student subscribers to Click, Crown, Team, Club and Current magazines, except those who are employees of [Scholastic Limited] (the “Promoter”), any of its wholly owned subsidiaries or any marketing services agency handling house or other company involved directly with the administration of this competition, or any member of their households.
Students who have previously won a Mary Glasgow laptop or iPod touch competition are ineligible for the 2011-2012 competition.
Responsibility can not be accepted for entrants who do not submit a correct email address. Correspondence will only be entered into at the absolute discretion of the Promoters.
The prize is an 8GB third generation iPod touch.
Entrants accept that, if they win, the Promoter will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name and county of residence for the purposes of announcing the winners of this competition and for related promotional purposes.
The name(s) of the winner(s) will be sent to anyone who writes within 3 months after the Closing Date, to help@maryglasgowplus.com

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability howsoever arising in connection with the competition and the prizes and all warranties, conditions, undertakings, terms and obligations implied by law (whether by statue, common law or otherwise).
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
